Combination Laser from Sciton Will Revolutionize the Market

Washington, DC — March 2, 2001 — Sciton, Inc announced today at the 59th annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology that it has produced a laser called PROFILE that combines CONTOUR, – a 45 watt Dual Mode Erbium laser with IMAGE an 80-watt Longpulse Nd:YAG laser.

Contour has been widely accepted as the new gold standard in laser resurfacing, while the Longpulse Nd:YAG has been approved for all skin types I through VI .
