PALO ALTO, Calif. — March 8, 2012 – In its most recent “Medical Spa MD and Physician Report,” published on MedicalSpaMD.com, Sciton technology ranked first in efficacy and customer service. Sciton systems were also ranked as “most desired by respondents,” with physicians identifying the Sciton ProFractional-XC (for fractional skin resurfacing) and SkinTyte II (for skin firming) by name.
In this survey, Medical Spa MD inquired of its 5000 members:
“What technology manufacturer do you think has the best reputation for EFFICACY among cosmetic physicians in general?”
Sciton received 23% of respondents’ votes, surpassing the competition by nearly double.
“What technology manufacturer do you think has the best reputation for CUSTOMER SERVICE among cosmetic physicians in general?”
Sciton outpaced other aesthetic laser providers by nearly 3:1.
Referring to its first Medical Spa MD Physician report where Sciton also ranked #1, the report noted, “…the fact that they always seem to be near the top should give you a reason to give them a look if you’re in the market for new tech.”
Sciton’s BroadBand Light and aesthetic laser systems offer procedures considered the most profitable and highest revenue-generating by survey respondents. In addition, the treatment most requested by patients that a clinic does not currently offer was laser-assisted lipolysis, a treatment made possible with Sciton’s popular ProLipo PLUS laser module that is available on Sciton’s expandable JOULE platform.
