Intelligent Energy Delivery

The HALO handpiece features proprietary skin mapping and measuring software to help deliver precise heat delivery.

Measurable Velocity

An optical navigation system captures the motion of the handpiece to synchronize pulse delivery with treatment speed. An LED Visual Speedometer provides real-time visual and audible feedback to ensure optimal velocity for the best outcomes.

Precise, Adjustable Beam Placement

Tune the size (15mm, 7mm, or 4mm) and position (left or right) to deliver laser energy to specific areas, including distinct edges and linear scars.

Dynamic Thermal Optimization

This feature automatically adjusts the power of each 1470nm pulse based on the temperature of the patient’s skin, making HALO the most precise, comfortable, and consistent non-ablative technology on the market.

The Science Behind HALO

Technology

HALO offers several unique proprietary technologies:

The 2940 nm wavelength targets the epidermis, the top layer of the skin. This wavelength can be tuned from 20μm to 100μm to precisely vaporize tissue in a controlled manner to address textural issues and pore size.

The 1470 nm wavelength targets the dermis, the thickest layer of the skin, and can be tuned from 250μm to 700μm to address deeper sun damage, stimulate collagen, and remove other dermal pigmentary issues.

Each wavelength can be tuned independently for precise coverage and depth.

How it Works

01. Overview

HALO combines ablative and non-ablative wavelengths to address multiple levels of skin concerns on all skin types in 1-2 treatments.

02. Targeted Wavelengths

Ablative wavelengths target and treat the skin for surface-level conditions such as textural issues and pore size. The non-ablative wavelength targets deeper sun damage and other dermal pigmentary issues.

03. Effective Results

Together, these wavelengths provide both short-term and long-term benefits to a wide variety of patients. By creating small thermal injuries in the skin, new, healthy skin is produced in a short amount of time.

Treatable Areas

HALO treats all skin types, anywhere on the body.

What Patients Can Expect

Benefits

Patients treated with HALO experience an improvement commonly referred to as the “HALO Glow.”

Remarkable results can be achieved in 1-2 treatments, while older, non-hybrid technologies typically require 5-6 treatments to demonstrate similar results.

Only a topical anesthetic is recommended (no nerve blocks), and patients can resume regular activity within 24 hours after treatment.
